UPDATE: On February 6, 2023, an appeal of the Planning Commission decision was filed. Then, on February 14, 2023, the appellant withdrew the appeal of the Planning Commission decision.  Therefore, the Planning Commission decision is final and the public hearing before the City Council on February 28, 2023, is CANCELED.

The Planning Commission approved the proposed Sunset Meadows Master Plan via Resolution No. 2023-01. The resolution, including findings and conditions of approval, can be found at the bottom of this page.

  • 36 lots for detached single family dwellings (original proposal included 22 lots)
  • 24 lots for attached townhome single family dwellings (original proposal included 48 lots)
  • 1 parcel for approximately 72‐124 multi-family residential units

         (Required Site Plan Review of the proposed multi-family residential development is not included in this current proposal.)

  • Approximately 3.15 acres of open space
  • Associated infrastructure (e.g. streets, utilities) and other site improvements
