City Council Special Meeting

Public Comment:

• Written comments can be provided by submitting an email to: swoodford@ci.sisters.or.us  by 12:00 pm September 5th.
• If attending via Zoom, the public can request to speak virtually by submitting your name, address and phone number and the subject you will be speaking on to kprosser@ci.sisters.or.us. by 3:00 pm the day of the meeting.
• If attending in person, you will need to  fill out a request to speak form at the meeting and will be called on by the Mayor.

Conduct of Hearing:

The public hearing will be conducted as follows:

•   Staff will make a presentation and Councilors may ask questions to staff.
•   Entry of additional correspondence received into the record.
•   Opening the public hearing for testimony in the following order:Brief applicant presentation
  • Testimony from others
  • Rebuttal testimony from applican
  • Questions of staff, if any, by the City Council.
•     Close the public hearing.
•     Discussion and decision by the City Council.  Council’s decision on this matter will not be final until reduced to a written decision.
