The Community Development Department reviews land use applications for a variety of developments in city limits to ensure compliance with the Sisters Development Code. Notices for land use applications that are currently under review are available for public viewing here.

The project is commonly referred to as “Larch Commons East.”

V 24-03 

Minor Variance (Type II)

464 S Elm Street

Minor Variance to allow for the 20% reduction of the minimum standard for the rear yard setback and front yard setback. The reason for the variance request is to preserve the existing large ponderosa trees (27” and 32” diameter-at-breast height) on the vacant lot proposed to be developed.
