The Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste oversees the management of solid waste in Deschutes County. Solid waste disposal for the rural areas occurs at four transfer stations. Closest to Sisters is the Northwest Transfer Station and Recycling Center, located at 68200 Fryrear Road, Sisters, OR, 97759.
Opening hours are Wednesday - Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
