City of Sisters (“City”), an Oregon municipal corporation, is soliciting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from individuals and firms interested in providing engineering services for and on behalf of the City. This is not a request for proposals or other competitive bidding process; rather the City is compiling a list of prospective consultants interested in providing engineering services (and related services) for and on behalf of the City.
