Construction of Public Works Building (pdf)
The City of Sisters is now accepting bids for construction of a new Public Works building. Sealed bids for the construction of the, Sisters Public Works Building, for the City of Sisters, Deschutes County, Oregon will be received by Brad Grimm, Public Works Director, P.O. Box 39, 520 East Cascade Avenue, Sisters, Oregon 97759 until 2:00 P.M. Pacific time, Wednesday March 17th 2010, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the deadline for submission of bids. Bids received after the hereinbefore time and date will not be considered. Bidders must submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form to the Owner within two working hours of the time for receipt of bids in accordance with ORS 279C.370. (Note: The first tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor’s preference). The project is for public work subject to ORS 279.348 and ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be received or considered by the City unless the bid contains the Prevailing Wage Rate Compliance Statement to comply with the provisions of ORS 279.350 (Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates). Bids shall be clearly labeled: SISTERS PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING, PROJECT NO. 0924.
Banking and Investment Services (pdf)
The City of Sisters, Oregon is seeking written proposals from banking or financial institutions for banking and investment services. The purpose of this process is to obtain high quality requisite depository, banking and investment services at a competitive price.
Responses must address all of the items listed in this request for proposal and be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Banking and Investment Services Proposal” on the outside of the envelope. Please submit one original and five copies of the proposal as follows:

Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on January 29, 2010. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Any exceptions to the specifications of this request for proposal must be clearly stated in writing in the proposal. The City reserves the rights to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, to retain all proposals submitted and use any idea in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected, and to cancel this proposal if doing so would be in the public interest.
