Payment Information

PAYMENT EXTENTIONS:
If you have received a late notice and still need an additional payment extension, please contact our office to make payment arrangements.

PAST DUE PAYMENTS:
If your payment is past due, please come into City Hall or place it in the drop box to avoid a disruption of service. All payments received prior to 5pm are processed daily.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PAY BY MAIL:  
If you have a payment stub mail to: City of Sisters, PO Box 39, Sisters, Oregon 97759

PAY IN PERSON:
Payments can be made at the Utility Billing Counter located at 520 E. Cascade Ave. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

PAY BY BANK DRAFT:
Let us make paying your utility bill more convenient. The City offers you the ability to have utility bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings accounts. Bank draft is a free automatic payment deduction plan that makes paying your utility bill easier than ever.  

 
BY DROP BOX:
A drop box is available 24 hours a day for check or money order payments and is located at City Hall to the right of the main doors. The box is labeled “Utility Payments For your own protection, cash payments should not be placed in the drop box.
