Business License
All businesses within the city limits of Sisters, must obtain a city business license. Even if your business office is located outside the city limits and you only do business occasionally in Sisters, you still need a city business license.
City of Sisters business licenses are effective July 1 of the current year until June 30 of the following year.
An application form for a city business license may be obtained at Sisters City Hall or by downloading the business license application in PDF format. Please print, fill out and send back your completed form and a check for the amount of your license to:

Taxi and Public Conveyance License
Per Municipal Code, Chapter 5.35, no person shall engage in the business of operating a taxicabs without a license issued by the City Administrator. A “taxicab” is defined as a motor vehicle including limousines, except motorbuses, used for transporting passengers for hire. Taxicabs used for hire shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of the Act.

By Mail: Download the License Application and Instructions. Print and complete the application and mail with all the required information. Also download a driver’s identification card for each driver.

FEE
The each driver an identification card is required and the fee is $10.00 per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
