Committee for Citizen Involvement

1. To provide for widespread citizen involvement.
    
2. To assure effective two-way communication with citizens.
    
3. To provide the opportunity for citizens to be involved in all phases of the planning process.
    
4. To assure that technical information is available in an understanding form.
    
5. To assure that citizens get responses from policy makers.
    
6. To identify what an advisory committee is needed if the scope of the project is beyond the technical ability of the CCI; or if not, provide input and feedback on specific projects as the City Council might deem necessary from time to time.
    
7. To provide input and feedback about the quality of city services as the City Council might deem necessary from time to time.

If you are interested in serving on the Committee for Citizen Involvement (CCI) Committee, please send your Advisory Committee application to Kathy Nelson, City Recorder, P.O. Box 39, Sisters, OR  97759 or drop it off at City Hall, 520 E. Cascade.
